Sue Ransom
Founder and CEO
Sue co-founded Command Hub. In addition to her role as Founder and CEO, Sue is the practical ‘road-tester’ who makes sure that Command Hub is easy to use for non-IT business users.
Sue was an early adopter of the internet. She co-founded an e-business company and conceived the AutoNews media extranet, which made it easier for journalists, dealerships and advertising agencies to access automotive industry information and photographs.
Before the AutoNews phase, Sue did a great deal of road testing of a very different kind – her motor racing background ranges from contesting Bathurst five times, finishing fifth outright in the Australian Touring Car Championship, and many years racing Jet cars and Top Fuel dragsters in the United States.
Sue has also worked in senior PR roles with the Ford Motor Company, Mazda and the Confederation of Australian Motor Sport. In addition, she was a magazine publisher and, with Peter Wherrett, co-hosted the first series of ‘Torque’ on ABC TV.
Sue’s industry insights and practical, no-nonsense approach have made a major impact on the design and user experience of CommandHub.
